Phoenix is an IT Sales and Services Organization formerly incorporated in the United Kingdom as Veenfare Limited but now fully operational in Nigeria as Phoenix Technologies / Dezatek Systems and in the USA as Phoenix Teck LLC. With Back Bones in the United Sates of America like IT Express Corporation in New Jersey, Phoenix is proving to be a leader in corporate IT hardware Sales and Services. These include Desktop, Laptop, LCD TV, Storage Devices, Multi Medias, Printers & Consumables and Software Sales with a minimum of 6months to Lifetime Warranty and Adequate maintenance Services Plan. Phoenix is also a leader in providing advanced technology to address the issues of insufficient high demand for energy with its’ eco-friendly Solar PVC panel & inverters which is an alternative to fossil fuel power generation.
With even more customers consideration, Phoenix revolution of Technology experts has taken in account the selection and recommendation of electrical and telecommunication cable & wire for office networking area, domestics and industrial purposes. History
During the past 7 years, Phoenix has grown from being a small one-product start-up computer sales company under Dezatek Systems to a diverse company that is technology driven and it is hoping to be a leader in IT Services, offering a complete solution from hi-tech concept to supporting Client. The company was founded in 2007 by Mr. Debola A Akinshilo and a team of Professionals at Henley College, UK. First established as “Dezatek Systems,” in 2001 as an outsourcing company then went on to be incorporated as Veenfare Ltd in 2004 in the UK offering basic IT services and later Incorporated in the USA as Phoenix Teck Limited Liability Company in 2008. Phoenix was chartered to develop and market major Hardware’s developed by the team at MA Laboratory, New Jersey, USA. Phoenix proceeded to pioneer the commercial application of logic synthesis that has since been adopted by every major electronics company in the world.

As a technology visionary, Having Obtaining a Master Degree in IT for Management in Coventry University is frequently asked to speak on topics related to the electrical electronics industry and alternative energy solution to power company and household as well. As one of the leading experts on logic simulation and coming electrical technology guru. Mr. Akinshilo has then being making effort to join the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) first of it kind in Nigeria and also the Consortium of Hi-tech electronic in Osaka Japan.
